You are ineligible for microblading if you are/have:
Pregnant /Nursing
Under 18 years old
Diabetic (must be controlled)
Blood disorders or taking blood thinners
Heart disease
Skin conditions in area to be treated (keloid, shingles, psoriasis, sun burn, rosacea, acne)
Undergoing cancer treatment
Autoimmune Diseases (Must have doctor’s clearence)
Must be off Accutane for 1 year
Before Care:
NO chemical peels for at least 6 weeks prior
NO Botox or fillers within 4 weeks prior
NO working out the day of your procedure
NO waxing or eyebrow threading 72 hrs prior
Discontinue the use of Retinols/Retin-A or other anti-aging/acne creams, or serums around the brow area for at least 10-14 days prior
NO aspirin, vitamin E, fish oil, niacin, aspirin, advil, and/or ibuprofen 48 hours before procedure. Tylenol is okay.
NO alcohol 24 hrs before procedure
NO CAFFEINE 12 hrs prior to your procedure!
If you arrive sunburned you will be asked to reschedule and will have to forfeit your deposit and submit a new one.
After Care:
FOR THE NEXT WEEK
Always wash your hands before touching
Avoid getting your brows wet/no swimming/jacuzzi for 14 days
Apply provided ointment once a day
No makeup on brows for 14 days
Avoid excess sweating for at least 5 days
Use sun protection if you will be outside (hat, sunglasses, etc.)
Once your brows are healed use an spf on them
Retin-A, salycylic acid, vitamin C, glycolic acid will fade them, so avoid use in the brow area
No picking or rubbing scabs
